Specialist Professional Services Engineer

Overview

Specialist Professional Services Engineer (customer-facing, billable) responsible for delivering specialized expertise and solutions for NICE products and services for enterprise contact centers.

What you'll do

• Install and integrate NICE Cxone and other solutions on site or remotely using defined methodology.
• Support technical questions from project kick-off through handover to the support center.
• Ensure technical architecture components are integrated and implemented.
• Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability and report issues during implementation.
• Assist customers and vendors with configuration for NICE integration points in their environments.
• Collaborate with project managers on end-to-end project rollouts and coordinate with client teams.
• Document lessons learned and resolutions in the Nice Knowledge Base.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years’ experience with product implementation and integration.
• Experience with the Cxone suite and NICE WFM.
• Experience with advanced solutions including recording/telephony integrations, MDC, LDAP, SSO, ACD, DB migrations, and disaster recovery/HA solutions.
• Familiarity with generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in APAC and EMEA shifts.

• Location: Pune, India.
• NICE-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days working from the office and 3 days remote each week.
