Overview

Specialist role in Genpact's S&P Contract Management team, managing contract terms, negotiations and lifecycle for clients, vendors and partners.

What you'll do

• Draft, review and finalize contract terms and conditions to align with organizational objectives and risk mitigation.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations, internal policies and industry standards.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, extensions, amendments and terminations.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related queries and best practices.
• Monitor contract performance, track deadlines and ensure timely fulfillment of obligations.
• Identify, escalate and resolve contract disputes or compliance issues efficiently to protect organizational interests.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or Masters in Operations Management.
• Certifications: Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) - Vskills, Certified Risk Professional (CRP) - Udemy.
• Record To Report (R2R) skill.
• English language proficiency at C2 level (required).
