Specialist - SCM - Logistics Support 4A

Overview

Specialist role in Supply Chain Management (SCM) focused on logistics support, coordinating transportation, distribution and delivery of goods.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and timely delivery of goods to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant systems.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address logistics challenges and operational issues.
• Support initiatives to optimize logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or Master's in Operations Management.
• Required language: English, Proficient (C2).

Nice to have

• Certifications: BUILD Source to Pay / SAP Ariba (Genpact); Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) (SMPS); Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS, UK and India); SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Sourcing; SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
• Skills: BlueYonder Demand Planning, Data Management, ERP, JDA WMS, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Database, SAP Business Warehouse, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Tableau, Transportation and Logistics, Warehouse Management System (WMS).
