Overview

Coordinate transportation, distribution and delivery of goods across the supply chain, supporting logistics operations and performance improvement.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and timely delivery of goods across the supply chain.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant tracking systems.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and bottlenecks.
• Assist in optimizing logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support reporting and analysis of logistics performance metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or Masters in Operations Management.
• Required skills: Supply Chain Management (SCM); Transportation and Logistics; ERP; Data Management.
• Language: English, Proficient (C2) (required).

Nice to have

• Certifications: BUILD- Source to Pay / SAP Ariba (Genpact); Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) (SMPS); Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS - UK and India); SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Sourcing; SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
• Additional skills: BlueYonder Demand Planning; Data Consulting; Data Science; JDA WMS; ESRI ArcGIS; Financial Analysis Reporting; Healthcare Reporting; Microsoft Power BI; Oracle Database.
