Overview
Specialist Full-Stack Software Engineer to define and own a small AI product or substantial application workstream end-to-end in Applied AI (AI Studio).
What you'll do
- Define and own user workflows, acceptance criteria, adoption path, and measurable outcomes for an AI product.
- Lead sprint and release planning, estimates, and phased roadmaps from MVP through stabilization and support transition.
- Own production architecture across human-AI experience, frontend, APIs, backend services, persistence, events, integrations, and security.
- Deliver responsive frontend and backend using JavaScript/TypeScript and Python/Node.js/Java/C# with reliable async workflows.
- Integrate model services, LLMs, RAG, agents, search, BI, and automation with access-aware data and human control.
- Establish testing, AI evaluation, CI/CD, policy gates, observability, rollback, incident response, and disaster recovery.
- Coordinate governance and GxP controls, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor engineers.
What you'll need
- 8–13 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one production full-stack application, digital product, automation, or AI-enabled system with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Java, C#, or Node.js).
- SQL experience with designing production services.
- Ability to lead application/integration architecture and delivery, release, operations, and support.
- Knowledge across full-stack and human-AI engineering, including accessible frontend architecture and secure sessions/streaming.
- Knowledge of backend/API/data/distributed-systems architecture and enterprise integrations.
