Overview

Specialist - Solution Engineering delivers solution engineering for airline software customers, covering pre-sales and delivery engagements.

What you'll do

• Design technical solutions for airline software implementations, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and implementation approaches.
• Run technical discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for RFP responses, technical demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Use GitHub Copilot (or equivalent) and Claude (or equivalent) for solution design documentation and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Analyze competitor solutions to identify technical differentiation.
• Collaborate with implementation and product teams to validate designs are implementable within scope.
• Develop technical delivery estimates and risk assessments for proposed solutions.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of solution engineering or technical pre-sales experience.
• Ability to design and document technical solutions for enterprise software implementations.
• Good knowledge of airline technology or enterprise SaaS architecture.
• Strong customer-facing technical communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
