English Teacher

About the role

We're looking for a passionate Spoken English Teacher to join our team in Ranchi and help students build confidence and fluency in English communication. You'll teach learners across different proficiency levels in a supportive classroom environment, with flexible shift options to suit your schedule.

What you'll do

• Deliver engaging spoken English lessons to students of varying proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners
• Develop and adapt lesson plans that focus on conversation, pronunciation, grammar, and listening comprehension
• Create an interactive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that builds student confidence in English communication
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their speaking skills
• Conduct group discussions, role-plays, and practical exercises to reinforce learning outcomes

What we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and grammatically accurate communication
• Prior teaching or training experience — demonstrated ability to instruct and mentor learners effectively
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences
• Flexibility to work either morning shift (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or evening shift (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

Nice to have

• Experience teaching English as a second or foreign language (ESL/EFL)
• Familiarity with modern language teaching methodologies or digital learning tools
• Certification in English language teaching or linguistics
