Sr. Affiliate Payment Ops Specialist

Overview

Own end-to-end processing of affiliate commissions and contractual payments across HighLevel's entire affiliate base, acting as the go-to resource for affiliate payment questions. This is a build role focused on creating the standards and processes the team will run on.

What you'll do

• Run affiliate commissions and contractual payments end to end, across the entire affiliate base.
• Triage payment issues and proactively analyze payment data.
• Explain to affiliates why their commissions went up or down month over month.
• Ensure the correct amounts are sent to affiliates.
• Collaborate closely with the affiliate, endorsement, commission, revenue operations, data, and legal teams.
• Create the standards and processes the affiliate payments team runs on.
