Sr. AI Engineer

Overview

Senior AI Engineer role focused on building production AI/agentic automation solutions, including multi-agent workflows, RAG systems, and AI↔RPA integrations.

What you'll do

• Implement multi-agent workflows from solution design documents into production-ready builds.
• Integrate tools via APIs with error handling and graceful degradation.
• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval evaluation.
• Monitor and improve retrieval quality and integrate RAG as a knowledge backend for agents.
• Develop RPA task bots and implement AI agent to RPA handoff logic.
• Write unit/integration tests and contribute to CI/CD and prompt versioning.
• Monitor deployed systems and participate in incident response for agent failure modes.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years building AI-powered or automation solutions in production.
• Evidence of delivering complete, working solutions (not prototypes/experiments).
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source).
• Strong Python and experience with cloud AI services, APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on RPA experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

Nice to have

• Cloud AI certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• RPA platform certifications (UiPath or Automation Anywhere).
• Exposure to LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning and agent observability tooling (LangSmith, Arize).
