Sr. AI Engineer 4B

Overview

Implement, deploy, support, and optimize the infrastructure powering enterprise AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, APIs, vector databases, integrations, and cloud operations. The role also includes support for Hines financial systems and JDE administration.

What you'll do

• Implement and support RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, document ingestion, APIs, and backend services.
• Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, ERP systems, and other business applications.
• Deploy and operate AI solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Maintain CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, scalability, security, and cost-optimization processes.
• Provide end-user support for domestic and international users of Hines financial systems.
• Diagnose, resolve, document, and escalate application issues as needed.
• Support new company, business-unit, chart-of-accounts setup and JDE end-user security administration.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of software, cloud, data, integration, or AI engineering experience.
• 1–3 years supporting or optimizing AI or Generative AI solutions in a business environment.
• Python, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, Git/GitHub, software testing, and debugging skills.
• Experience with Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, vector databases, and AI integration patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of JD Edwards, Yardi, or similar ERP experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Azure AI Search, or vector databases.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio, AI agents, or workflow automation with enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise security, governance, compliance, data management, or Azure and AI certifications.
• Real estate management or real estate industry experience.
