What you'll do

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings and improve quality.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or Master's in Data Science.
• Certifications: APICS CPIM, APICS CSCP, CPP, CPSM, or CSCP (IIM Trichy).
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Claims Adjustments, Claims Submission, Claims Support, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Customer Onboarding, Customer Returns, Data Analytics, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Order Management, Personal Effectiveness, Returns Management, Storytelling, Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• English language proficiency at Advanced (C1).
