Overview
Sr Applications Developer role focused on cloud and platform engineering across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability.
What you'll do
- Work with AWS networking concepts such as VPC, subnets, security groups, NAT, and routing.
- Implement CI/CD with AWS EKS, Git workflows, and GitLab runners/pipelines.
- Apply GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- Develop modular, reusable Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and state management.
- Manage Kubernetes architecture, networking, RBAC, and security policies.
- Create Dockerfiles and optimize container images, including registry usage.
- Use Splunk and Datadog to build dashboards, alerts, and queries for monitoring and observability.
What you'll need
- Strong understanding of AWS networking (VPC, subnets, security groups, NAT, routing).
- Experience with AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and merge requests.
- Experience with GitLab runners, pipelines, and automation.
- Ability to write modular, reusable Terraform code with remote backends and state management.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, components, and networking.
- Strong proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash) and working knowledge of Python for automation/tooling.
Details
- Hybrid work location in India: Noida/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon.
- Hybrid in-office requirement: 3 to 4 times per week from Noida/Bengaluru office.
