Sr. Associate - F&A - FP&A 5B

Overview

Sr. Associate in Finance and Accounting (F&A) focused on FP&A, supporting business performance analysis, KPI tracking and performance improvement.

What you'll do

• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop, track, and maintain KPIs and metrics to evaluate business and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
• Support the design and execution of business performance management frameworks and tools.
• Monitor ongoing performance metrics and provide recommendations for corrective actions or process improvements.
• Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Business Financial Planning, Financial Analysis Reporting, Financial Close, Financial Consolidations, Financial Management, Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Monthly Close Process, Statutory Reporting.
• Language: English, Upper Intermediate (B2).

Nice to have

• Certifications: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFI), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (CFI).
