Sr. Associate - F&A - R2R 5B

Overview

Sr. Associate in the Finance and Accounting (F&A) Record to Report (R2R) team, responsible for General Accounting activities.

What you'll do

• Review the team's day-to-day activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
• Perform month-end close activities.
• Handle fixed assets capitalization and maintenance.
• Perform intercompany accounting.
• Perform bank and investment reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations.
• Perform fixed assets reconciliations (FA Clearing and SL-GL).
• Identify balancing items and clear them.
• Perform escheat reconciliations.
• Support corporate reporting.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Support SOX compliance.
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Closing Reporting, Fixed Assets, Reconciliations, Record To Report (R2R).
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2), required.

Nice to have

• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certifications are listed in the posting under certifications.
