Sr. Associate, Mfg/Ops

Overview

Established professional in Manufacturing Operations responsible for production performance, process improvement and workforce management at the Sricity site.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize production performance, including efficiency, productivity, production plan target achievement.
• Communicate quality and material issues.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with operators while resolving performance and capability issues.
• Coordinate with process engineering, quality and supply chain to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Carry out process improvement activities and analyse scheduling and sequencing of work.
• Assess production performance daily, monthly and annually against efficiency, labour and material productivity and quality criteria.
• Prepare analysis charts and business presentations.

What you'll need

• Good understanding of assembly, fabrication, forming and other manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing and TQM concepts such as productivity, efficiency, PPM and process capability.
• Ability to handle E-category manpower.
• Good analytical abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with operators.
• Good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
