Overview

Sr. Associate in Procurement responsible for supporting category-specific sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation and negotiation, and procurement process improvement.

What you'll do

• Assist in developing and executing category-specific sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate key suppliers, supporting contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and industry developments to support informed sourcing decisions and achieve best value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business requirements and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of supplier evaluations, contracts, and sourcing activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and category management effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or a Master's in Operations Management.
• Certifications: APICS CPIM, Certified Procurement Professional (CPP), CPSM, CSCP, or Supply Chain Design Certification (LinkedIn Learning).
• Required skills: Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Collaboration, Supplier Relationship Management.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level (required).
