Sr Associate Software Engineer

Overview

ServiceNow Administrator responsible for day-to-day administration and support of the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management (ITSM), Now Assist, and Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) modules.

What you'll do

• Provide daily administrative support for ServiceNow ITSM and GRC/IRM modules to ensure stability.
• Fulfill service requests for platform configuration, user management, and system access.
• Respond to incidents and resolve platform issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine platform maintenance including patching, upgrades, and health checks.
• Configure workflows, approvals, and service catalog items within ITSM and GRC/IRM.
• Support end-users with inquiries and training/guidance on ITSM and GRC/IRM modules.

What you'll need

• 5–9 years of computer science, IT, or related field experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) including workflows, SLAs, and service catalogs.
• Experience configuring/extending/administering Now Assist (Gen AI) using the Now Assist Skill Kit, including prompt engineering and RAG setup.
• Familiarity with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and GRC module setup/administration, including risk, compliance, and policy management workflows.
• Proficiency using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to automate ITSM and GRC/IRM tasks.
• Ability to configure user interfaces for ITSM and GRC modules, including service portals and knowledge bases.
