Sr Associate Software Engineer – Full stack & AI

Overview

Build and deliver AI-enabled full-stack applications for Contracting Operations and Revenue Management platforms, integrating generative AI capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

What you'll do

• Develop scalable, enterprise-grade full-stack AI applications.
• Implement AI workflow automation and lightweight assistant features.
• Build and manage integrations using Databricks as middleware for data/service orchestration.
• Collaborate with architecture, AI platform, QA, and DevOps teams to align with standards and enhance CI/CD.
• Support testing and defect resolution, including data fixes and troubleshooting.
• Apply design standards, best practices, and documentation for maintainability.

What you'll need

• Either a Master’s degree with 2–4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade AI-enabled, automation-driven applications.
• Full-stack expertise across frontend, middleware, and backend layers.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL for scalable microservices and React-based applications.
• Experience building Databricks-based middleware integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with AI experimentation and GenAI systems including LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring workflows, rules, or automation within enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting system integrations or data synchronization processes.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
