Overview
Senior Associate Planner for External Planning (AXP), supporting accurate, timely execution of external supply plans within a planning systems and external manufacturing network.
What you'll do
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across planning systems.
- Monitor execution performance by analyzing gaps between actual execution and planning parameters.
- Track and resolve system alerts by generating data discrepancy reports.
- Reconcile inventory across CMO reports and SAP and report discrepancies.
- Execute system transactions in SAP and RapidResponse to support planning operations and documentation.
- Analyze demand/forecast changes and compare actual vs planned supply performance.
What you'll need
- Have a Master’s degree and 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain/operations/logistics/manufacturing in a regulated industry.
- Or have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain/operations/logistics/manufacturing in a regulated industry.
- Or have an Associate’s degree and 7-9 years’ experience in supply chain/operations/logistics/manufacturing in a regulated industry.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience working in teams, projects, and programs.
- Maintain compliance in a regulated GMP environment.
- Demonstrate strong planning skills, SAP expertise, and data analysis with attention to detail.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent priorities with follow-up and coordination skills.
