Sr. Associate Support Engineer, SAP

Overview

Sr. Associate Support Engineer, SAP provides remote-based (AMS) support for mission-critical SAP applications for a global customer support team.

What you'll do

• Handle incident management, including analyzing production bugs/defects within SLA timelines.
• Replicate issues by coordinating with technical developers and relevant module consultants.
• Support service request documentation for existing configurations and master/config changes.
• Estimate and work through enhancements/projects from business requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
• Write unit test scripts and conduct unit and integration tests for customizations.
• Monitor alerts in client environments via Rimini Street or client tools and address them on time.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of work experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP on HANA.
• Strong ABAP-level technical understanding including ability to debug standard transactions.
• Experience building Fiori Elements using templates (List Report, Object Page, Analytical List Page).
• Deep SAPUI5/OpenUI5 technical skills including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, data binding, and fragments.
• Experience with OData V2/V4 services using SAP Gateway (SEGW) or CDS-based RAP/CAP models.
