Sr Compensation Partner

Overview

The Sr Compensation Partner supports functional leaders on compensation matters and contributes to Total Rewards strategy through analysis, benchmarking, and program administration.

What you'll do

• Advise functional leaders on compensation-related matters.
• Lead annual internal salary-range reviews and update compensation systems.
• Conduct market-pay analyses and recommend competitive-position and budget actions.
• Recommend offer approvals and pay actions for assigned areas.
• Support job documentation and analysis for career architecture.
• Train managers and employees on compensation practices and conversations.
• Administer compensation cycles, job changes, requisitions, profiles, and employee queries.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of compensation experience.
• Familiarity with global compensation markets, practices, and data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, logical functions, pivot tables, and charts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate compensation topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead moderately complex projects and manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to build effective relationships across a global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with non-traditional compensation programs.

• Location: United Kingdom.
• Work mode: Remote-first.
• Annual gross base salary: £50,400–£66,000, plus variable compensation.
• Non-sales roles may receive an annual bonus.
