Sales Analyst

About the role

Falcon Incentives is looking for an Associate/Consultant to own incentive compensation and sales analytics workstreams for US clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders on plan design, payout operations, and commercial reporting, with an IST-evening overlap to support US business hours.

What you'll do

• Build incentive compensation plans, including payout curves, what-if scenarios, and cost models for US clients
• Support quota and target setting, territory design, segmentation, and workload analysis
• Run payout cycles end to end, including calculations, QC, exception handling, and dispute support
• Create client-ready dashboards and scorecards in Power BI or Tableau
• Prepare clear documentation and PowerPoint presentations, and present your own analysis to clients

What we're looking for

• 2–8 years of experience in incentive compensation, sales force effectiveness, commercial analytics, or sales strategy
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and advanced Excel; Python is a plus
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
• Strong consultant-grade communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role
• Willingness to work remote-first with an IST-evening overlap for US business hours
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, statistics, economics, or a related field
• Experience from ZS, Axtria, IQVIA, Trinity, Beghou, KMK, or a comparable analytics/strategy consultancy, or a relevant postgraduate program such as IIM

Nice to have

• Experience with life sciences or other commercial sales organizations
• Exposure to sales performance diagnostics, compensation operations, or field reporting
