What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with Smart Manufacturing Strategy Leads to align data science efforts with business goals.
• Mentor and coach data scientists and engineers.
• Provide technical consulting and hands-on support to site teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Conduct interviews and prototype development to validate use cases and demonstrate applications.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on structured and unstructured data.

What you'll need

• Fluency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning.
• Hands-on experience in GenAI and agent development for higher productivity and faster delivery.
• Experience with SQL and extracting data from relational databases.
• Proficiency in cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., GCP, Snowflake).
• Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or similar frameworks.
• Strong software development skills using OOP principles.
