Associate Director role focused on developing and scaling machine learning models and solutions for large-scale projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design and deploy scalable ML solutions.
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering on large datasets to extract insights.
• Optimize and fine-tune ML models to improve performance and accuracy.
• Apply recent machine learning advancements to enhance existing models.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions on time.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Stack.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Expert-level Python coding to write robust, high-standard ML code, with version control experience (preferably Git).
• Hands-on project lifecycle experience from business analysis to productization.
• Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL).
