Sr Data Scientist - Customer Analytics

Overview

Senior Data Scientist for a customer analytics engagement, applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and customer analytics to understand customer value and behavior and to support recommendations.

What you'll do

• Build and apply machine learning models to classify customers into value segments and estimate transitions.
• Develop and apply Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and customer value models.
• Analyze customer behavioral and transactional data to find patterns, drivers, and relationship opportunities.
• Use causal modeling, experimentation, and analytical techniques to assess which behaviors or interventions affect customer value.
• Create a Next Best Action (NBA) proof of concept for customer engagement and personalization.
• Develop customer segmentation and behavioral models.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on data science / machine learning experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience developing and applying machine learning models to business problems.
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling, feature engineering, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with one or more: customer segmentation, CLV/customer value modeling, causal modeling, A/B testing/experimentation, and next-best-action approaches.
