Sr. Desktop Support Specialist

Overview

Sr. Desktop Support Specialist to provide tier I–III remote and end-user desktop support and manage Microsoft 365, endpoint, and security responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot laptop hardware/software, associated peripherals, and Windows OS.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Endpoint, Teams) including configuration, monitoring, security, and inventory.
• Support endpoint device management using tools like Azure and Intune.
• Use ticketing systems to identify trends and perform ticket analytics with daily updates/reports.
• Manage anti-virus/EDR and handle endpoint security-related tasks.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, and related administration with PowerShell scripting.
• Support basic infrastructure devices such as A/V conference devices, printers, and door security systems.

What you'll need

• 7-10 years of hands-on helpdesk/desktop support experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science required but not mandatory.
• Proficiency troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and workstation hardware.
• Experience with Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid foundation in Active Directory, user administration, and access management.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
