Sr. Developer - Application Development Microsoft N 4B

Overview

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics implementation, upgrade, migration and support projects as a project manager, coordinating stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, and organizational standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business users, and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, steering committee meetings, and status reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Coordinate communication between business teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Manage implementations and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CRM), Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Resources and Business Central.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and organizational requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, architects, QA engineers, and business analysts.
• Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and coaching for project team members.
• Foster collaboration and resolve team conflicts effectively.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain risk, issue, and dependency logs.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
• Ensure timely resolution of project blockers.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Track project costs, resource utilization, and financial performance.
• Manage project billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project governance frameworks and reporting structures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and change requests.
• Conduct stage-gate reviews and project audits.
• Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
• Track project progress using Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor sprint velocity and project KPIs.
• Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Assess business impact and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Coordinate organizational change management activities.
• Support user adoption and business readiness initiatives.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Ensure test plans, defect management, and quality assurance activities are completed.
• Coordinate production deployment and cutover planning.
• Manage post-go-live stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with Microsoft partners, third-party vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage vendor deliverables and contractual obligations.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft implementation methodologies and industry best practices.
• Monitor project quality metrics and deliverable standards.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain the Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Risk Register, RAID Log, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Resource Plan, Cutover Plan, Go-Live Checklist and Project Closure Report.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering.
• Required skills: Microsoft Applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Key skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, Business Central, SCM, HR; Project Planning & Scheduling; Budget & Cost Management; Risk & Issue Management; Stakeholder Management; Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies; Resource Planning & Team Leadership.
