Overview

Develop and support Workday HCM technical solutions, integrations, configurations, reporting, testing, and production support. The source also describes Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Contact Center development responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain Workday HCM technical solutions and configurations.
• Develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services.
• Build inbound and outbound integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, SFTP, and APIs.
• Configure business processes, reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and data loads.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve integration and configuration issues.
• Manage Workday releases, testing, documentation, security, and production support.
• Develop Dynamics 365 CE Contact Center solutions, workflows, integrations, and routing capabilities.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday APIs.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, SFTP, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Service, Contact Center, Omnichannel, and Unified Routing.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, plugins, C#, .NET, and PCF controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's in Software Engineering.
• English proficiency at C2 level is required.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, collaboration, design thinking, and client relations.

Nice to have

• Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certification.
