Sr. Developer - Application Development N 4B

Overview

Configure, support, and optimize Workday Core HCM solutions, business processes, security, reporting, and related HR functionality.

What you'll do

• Translate HR and business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday Core HCM, organizations, staffing models, positions, and worker data.
• Configure and optimize Hire, Change Job, Termination, Transfer, and Promotion processes.
• Support Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, and production activities.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and UAT support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical and integration teams.
• Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer to HR users.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Knowledge of supervisory organizations, staffing models, job and position management, and compensation structures.
• Understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, security, and reporting.
• Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements.
• Experience with Workday configuration and functional testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's in Software Engineering.
