Sr. Developer - Application Development P 4B

Overview

Deliver IT solutions by working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and QA teams. Support quality analysis and validation for LoanIQ, lending, banking, and finance product solutions, including platform migration programs.

What you'll do

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure high product quality and promote efficient QA tools and techniques.
• Gather requirements, perform analysis, design solutions, and conduct validation.
• Partner with technology leads to deliver business requirements effectively.
• Ensure that new solutions are scalable and meet high architectural standards.
• Work with the larger team to resolve implementation issues and validate resolutions.
• Analyze BRDs and requirements and extract testing requirements for a large platform migration program.
• Develop test strategies and test scenarios.
• Explore automation opportunities and execute test scenarios for certification.

What you'll need

• BE, BTech, or MCA in IT, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline, or equivalent.
• Strong product functionality knowledge.
• Banking experience or finance product domain knowledge.
• Expertise in LoanIQ QA testing, accounting, accruals, and servicing.
• Loan IQ skills.
• Proficient English language proficiency at C2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the lending domain in general.
• Strong business or quality analysis and validation experience.
• Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
