Sr. Developer - Automation N 4B

Overview

Principal consultant role at Genpact on the HighRadius team, acting as POD lead and Solution Architect for order-to-cash and accounts receivable solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as POD lead/Solution Architect.
• Conduct and drive requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple customer stakeholders, keeping the customer focused on the end goal.
• Conduct as-is and To-Be design sessions.
• Own the business process design and solution for a set of projects.
• Conduct demo sessions for client stakeholders.
• Develop clear knowledge of the customer's current process and deliver documented To-be solution documents and future processes.
• Identify solution gaps and develop appropriate gap closure options.
• Present and discuss current processes, future state processes, solution options, recommendations, and implications/risks.
• Directly interact with executives and stakeholders on the customer side to agree on the proposed design and achieve customer buy-in.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with product team, engineering teams and client SMEs.
• Use established frameworks effectively in requirement gathering, design documentation and sign-off.

What you'll need

• High experience in F&A domain.
• Experience in Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable is a must.
• Knowledge of HighRadius tool.
• Relevant experience as a Solution Architect / Business Architect / AR Analyst / AR Manager or equivalent role demonstrating management and leadership experience.
• Customer interaction skills.
• Exposure to integration mechanisms.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Working knowledge of ERPs like Oracle, SAP or SaaS solutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for executive-level communication.
• Language: English (Required), Proficient - C2.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience preferably in a fast-paced consulting/professional services set-up.
• Goof knowledge of integration mechanisms (as listed in source).

• Certifications listed: AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate; BUILD Digital Marketing (Genpact); ISTQB Certified Tester; Microsoft Certified Power Platform App Maker Associate; Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer I.
