Overview

Sr. Developer / Lead Consultant role for Salesforce (SFDC) focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with end-to-end ownership in a DevOps culture.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and operate Salesforce capabilities in iterative delivery cycles.
• Enhance and implement Salesforce systems across retail and investment management business for banking clients.
• Implement regional and global business requirements and integrate with third-party and internal platforms.
• Build and customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
• Collaborate with teams including BA and testing to turn business needs into scalable CRM products.

What you'll need

• Relevant Salesforce click-and-code development experience (minimum experience not specified).
• Mandatory certifications on sales, service, and admin.
• Proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Flow capabilities including process automation, data manipulation, and screenflows.
• Ability to develop and unit test customizations, applications, and integrations.
• Hands-on with Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and version control/CI-CD/DevOps.
• Certifications including Salesforce Developer and related certifications (plus other listed certs).
