What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations to optimize platform functionality.
• Provide ServiceNow platform technical expertise, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance of ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Masters in Software Engineering.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification (Axelos).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (ServiceNow).
• Advanced (C1) English language proficiency.
• Experience/skills with ServiceNow Platform.
• Agile Methodology.
