Associate IS Engineer - DTI Marketing

Overview

Associate IS Engineer role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and ensuring availability and performance of critical systems.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment.
• Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline.
• Contribute to front-end and back-end development using cloud technology.
• Develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for architecture and operations.
• Build unit/integration tests, fix bugs and performance issues, and respond to incidents.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field, or 3–4 years with a Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies.
• 2+ years hands-on experience developing SFMC applications.
• 2+ years experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
