Sr. Developer - Integration (AEM-IS)

Overview

Senior Developer Analyst responsible for operations and reliability of enterprise integration and API/event-driven platforms.

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end operational support for SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, Advanced Event Mesh, WSO2 API Manager, and Azure API Management.
• Monitor platform health and integration/API performance to ensure SLA compliance.
• Handle incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive action tracking.
• Support platform administration, governance, security controls, upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Configure observability with monitoring/logging/alerting tools and drive automation for recurring support activities.
• Collaborate across application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and vendors; mentor junior engineers and share RCA findings.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years hands-on production experience supporting integration or middleware platforms in a high-availability enterprise environment.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, release, maintenance, performance tuning, and operational governance processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Operational experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI or SAP PI/PO (or related SAP integration technologies).
