• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior team members on complex technical challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize issues and align with business objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based applications and services.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams on solutions and improvements.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
