Sr. Engineer - Azure

Overview

Deliver planned engineering services across clients’ existing Azure environments and provide support engineering for cases within a designated product specialty.

What you'll do

• Review and tune configurations in clients’ existing Azure environments.
• Assess the supportability of planned deployments.
• Help clients prepare for Azure product changes and future improvements.
• Work with the Client Success Manager and client stakeholders to prioritize work.
• Estimate effort.
• Document findings.
• Perform approved changes.
• Serve as a support engineer for cases within your designated product specialty.
• Provide technical analysis and troubleshooting in coordination with the support team.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Incident ownership and client communications are coordinated by the support team.
• Incident work is tracked separately from proactive engineering hours.
