Sr Engineer

Overview

Sr Engineer role designing, developing, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, including drivers and software for DSP/SoC performance and power optimization in automotive systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and enhance DSP/SoC drivers and software for automotive use cases (ADAS/IVI).
• Work on HLOS (Linux kernel) drivers interfacing with DSP subsystems and analyze performance/power characteristics.
• Develop and maintain components for DCVS and DSP resource management.
• Troubleshoot DSP performance and power issues and build profiling/debug/optimization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and system-level solution design.
• Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and ISO 26262 processes, documentation, and traceability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Science or related) with 3+ years relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in embedded systems software or driver development.
• Experience working with real-time operating systems.
• 2+ years programming experience in C/C++/Python (C/C++/Python listed).
• Basic understanding of ASPICE processes and ISO 26262 functional safety concepts.
