Sr. Engineer, Construction Quality- CSA

Overview

Sr. Engineer (Construction Quality – CSA) Quality Engineer – Civil role overseeing construction quality for industrial structures and related civil works.

What you'll do

• Implement QA/QC procedures for civil and structural works.
• Monitor construction of industrial structures, site infrastructure, sewage & drainage, and architectural works for compliance.
• Review and verify material test reports, ITPs, and quality documentation.
• Conduct site inspections for concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and QC agencies to resolve non-conformities.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection checklists.
• Support audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in quality assurance and control for civil and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil codes, standards, and material testing procedures.
• Experience in sewage, drainage, and site infrastructure development.
• Working knowledge of quality documentation, inspection plans, and construction methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with third-party Quality Control agencies (added advantage).
