Sr. Engineer, Construction Quality- CSA

Overview

Sr. Engineer, Construction Quality (Civil/CSA) role to oversee civil construction quality assurance and quality control for industrial structures and site infrastructure in Gujarat, India.

What you'll do

• Implement QA/QC procedures for civil and structural works.
• Monitor construction of industrial structures, site infrastructure, sewage and drainage networks, and architectural works for compliance.
• Review and verify material test reports, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
• Conduct site inspections for concrete works, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing against approved drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and quality control agencies on quality compliance and non-conformity resolution.
• Prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and inspection checklists.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of experience in quality assurance and control for civil and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering codes/standards and material testing procedures.
• Experience in sewage, drainage, and site infrastructure development.
• Working knowledge of quality documentation, inspection plans, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Gen AI tools, including Copilot, Copilot library, and agent bots.
