Sr. Engineer - Endpoint security- CrowdStrike | On-Site, Bangalore

Overview

Sr. Endpoint Engineer (Cyber Operations) to deliver post-sales endpoint security product and service implementation while supporting a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts.

What you'll do

• Implement post-sales product and service assignments.
• Complete endpoint security projects aligned with the team’s operational standards.
• Perform regular synchronization, monitoring, and health checks.
• Triaging malware alerts and analyzing policies, configurations, and performance data.
• Recommend changes to customer security teams on global policy updates.
• Manage requirements of an on-call 24x7 operation, including shift hand-over and escalation.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of relevant experience focused on at least two endpoint security technologies (EDR/XDR and DLP listed).
• Experience with endpoint security platforms such as EDR, XDR, DLP, and encryption.
• Working knowledge of at least two endpoint security technologies including examples provided (e.g., CrowdStrike, MS Defender, Sentinel One).
• Knowledge of malware/threats.
• Working knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM, DLP, UEBA, and hybrid/Cloud security environments.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.

Details

• On-site role reporting to the Bangalore office with M-F schedule and shift flexibility (days, mids, nights).
• 24/5 availability is required; includes support for a 24/7 team.
• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
