Sr. Engineer - SAP Basis (BTP & HANA)

Overview

Sr. Engineer – SAP Basis provides global/regional SAP Basis technical support across S/4 and BTP environments, including systems administration, implementation, problem analysis, performance tuning, and infrastructure support.

What you'll do

• Provide ongoing monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting for the SAP technical environment and its components and interfaces.
• Schedule and execute the SAP transport system.
• Perform performance tuning and problem analysis for SAP instances.
• Work with cross-functional and ABAP teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Operate at a technical level with knowledge of SAP, database, OS/platform (Linux/Windows with HANA), and networking principles.

What you'll need

• 7–9 years of relevant experience with a B.E/B.Tech (IT/CS or equivalent).
• 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience.
• 3+ years of S/4 HANA experience with relational database concepts.
• Experience with S/4 HANA (RISE), Solution Manager, and SAP boltons (e.g., tax engine, compliance engine, TMS, BTP, DSM).
• Experience with SAP HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio.
