Sr Finance Analyst: GCC FP&A APAC

Overview

Senior Finance Analyst in the Asia Pacific Business Unit Finance capability center, supporting FP&A business partnering for the APAC region.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly business plans, and annual budgeting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance vs. plan.
• Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems (e.g., SAP, BW, OneStream, Power BI).
• Lead financial business planning and various financial updates for the assigned market.
• Be responsible for accuracy and provide financial insights in collaboration with market finance peers.
• Come with ideas to innovate, resolve complex problems, and drive process and system automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market BUF, Local Demand Planner) to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• CA with 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, or non-CA with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the consumer health or FMCG sector.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
• Experience with OneStream, SAP, BW, and Power BI is a must.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, preferred alongside the CA qualification.
