Sr Finance Analyst–Global PICC Inventory

Overview

Sr Finance Analyst for Kenvue’s Global PICC Inventory team in Bangalore, India, focused on supply chain finance and accurate inventory/costing and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead financial analysis and business partnering across manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to optimize cost-to-serve, inventory, and service levels.
• Own month-end close results and controls for supply chain cost centers and COGS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize the supply chain value chain.
• Ensure compliance with local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Own COGS close components including manufacturing variances, freight, duty, warehousing, and distribution expense close.
• Design automation for recurring reports and improve data flows (Power Query/BI).

What you'll need

• 6–10+ years of progressive finance roles.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Logistics finance in a multinational environment (CPG/FMCG preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced/Expert Excel including INDEX/MATCH/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, Power Query, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Power BI/Tableau skills (DAX, data modelling, dashboards) and basic SQL for joins/data extraction.
• Strong understanding of SOX/ICOFR and control/compliance related processes and audit requirements.
• Advance English is mandatory.
