Sr. Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps)

Overview

Sr. Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps) to build and operationalize scalable, sustainable ML and AI model pipelines for enterprise analytics on GCP.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines using GCP tools.
• Build and optimize ingestion, transformation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD/CT workflows for production ML.
• Implement MLOps best practices including version control, coding standards, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor team members via code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Platform, and Business teams to deliver ML solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6+ years professional experience in MLOps end-to-end framework.
• Minimum 10+ years total professional experience.
• Expertise in data transformation and manipulation using BigQuery/SQL.
• Professional experience with Vertex AI and GCP services.
• Expertise in Python or R as a programming language.
• Experience with Airflow/Cloud Composer, Kubernetes/Kubeflow, MLflow, TFX, and Docker containers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• GCP certification.
• Understanding of the CPG industry.
• Basic understanding of DBT and AutoML.
