Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations

Overview

Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations responsible for partnering with Support leadership and building the operational and analytical RevOps layer that ties Support activity to revenue outcomes.

What you'll do

• Partner with Support leadership as the embedded RevOps advisor to improve operational effectiveness.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning and build bottoms-up operational plans using capacity drivers and demand signals.
• Own forecasting for Support, including ticket volume projections, channel mix, resolution capacity, and cost-per-resolution modeling.
• Track actuals vs. plan, diagnose root causes, and provide forward-looking recommendations.
• Run monthly and quarterly business reviews, surface strategic gaps, and drive prioritized actions.
• Design and own analytical frameworks linking Support quality to retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
• Own Support RevOps performance analytics and cost efficiency models across channels, tiers, and time zones.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of professional experience in Revenue, Support, or Customer Success Operations.
• Experience building fiscal models, operational frameworks, and bottom-line impact evaluations.
• Expertise navigating omnichannel support/engagement platforms such as Freshdesk and Zoom.
• Experience optimizing AI-driven automation workflows with a focus on verified resolution vs deflection.
• Deep expertise connecting service excellence metrics to quantifiable outcomes like retention and revenue health.
• Proven ability to design and scale support operations infrastructure in enterprise environments.
