Sr. Principal Engineer AI/ML System Integration

Overview

Lead the architecture and integration of AI/ML-enabled applications across enterprise platforms, data ecosystems, workflows, and third-party services. Own technical integration strategy as a senior individual contributor and cross-team technical leader.

What you'll do

• Lead architecture and integration strategy for AI/ML-enabled products and platforms.
• Design solutions integrating applications, APIs, data platforms, AI services, and workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG solutions, agents, and analytics services into enterprise applications.
• Design and govern data flows across operational systems, data platforms, and AI services.
• Establish testing, monitoring, observability, and AI evaluation practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and influence technical strategy across initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and architects while promoting engineering excellence.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, systems integration, or platform engineering.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions integrating systems, platforms, and data sources.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with AI/ML applications, including LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, DevSecOps, and modern software delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, analytics, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS AI/ML services.
• Experience with semantic search, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or agent-based architectures.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, technical governance, and vendor management.
