Sr Sales Executive - GIA

Overview

Senior sales role focused on winning strategic enterprise clients for G-P Gia, its AI-powered global HR agent. The position owns the enterprise sales cycle and builds pipeline through inbound lead nurturing and self-sourced prospecting.

What you'll do

• Prospect and secure strategic new-logo enterprise clients within an assigned territory.
• Conduct discovery and deliver tailored, value-based solutions.
• Lead sales cycles from qualification through solution design, validation, procurement, and contract signing.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Pre-Sales Engineering teams.
• Maintain a BANT-forecasted pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Present cost-benefit analyses, business cases, and ROI metrics.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of enterprise or B2B software/SaaS solution-selling experience.
• Experience meeting or exceeding enterprise quotas and closing six- to seven-figure contracts.
• Expertise in MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler Solution Selling.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar enterprise CRM.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical business experience.

• Base salary: €49,500–€62,500 annually, plus variable compensation.
• Sales commission structure is available for full-time regular employees.
