Sr Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role at Blue Yonder, a leading AI-driven global supply chain solutions software product company. The role combines strong technical foundation with hands-on participation in the development and deployment cycle, working with both platform and product teams.

What you'll do

• Understand and analyze business requirements and assist in design for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain relevant product.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the product and own one or more modules.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech or MCA with 4.6 to 7.6 years of experience in software development of large and complex enterprise applications.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Oracle, GIT, REST API, React.js and Redux.
• Develops and maintains relevant product and domain knowledge.
• Develops and executes unit tests.
• Follows standard processes and procedures.
• Identifies reusable components.
• Ensures code is delivered for integration build and test, including release content.
• Identifies and resolves software bugs.
• Tests and integrates with other development tasks.
• Adheres to performance benchmarks based on pre-defined requirements.
• Possesses knowledge of database architecture and data models used in the relevant product.
• Plans and prioritizes work.
• Proactively reports all activities to reporting managers.
• Proactively seeks assistance as required.
• Provides assistance or guidance to new members of the team.
• Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
• Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
