Sr Software Engineer (Servicenow Developer)

Overview

Sr Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) to deliver ServiceNow development enhancements and troubleshoot ServiceNow issues.

What you'll do

• Work on ServiceNow development projects and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and handle ServiceNow tickets.
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions.
• Build/maintain UI pages and actions, ACLs and notifications, and integrate via ServiceNow APIs.
• Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.
• Review requirements to ensure they are detailed enough for accurate estimation.
• Peer review, mentor, and share technical knowledge with the service management team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years total and relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• ServiceNow development experience.
• ITIL knowledge.
• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in ITSM process areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB.

Details

• Location: Remote; Pune-Baroda, India (as stated in the ATS line).
• Shift: Evening shift, 5pm–2am IST.
